Richard and Debbie McGrew

Richard and Debbie McGrew started McGrew Properties 17 years ago with a dream of providing clean, safe, and affordable housing for low to moderate income families. Their first purchase was a 7 unit apartment building, in the historic district of Hot Springs. Richard and Debbie began this journey side by side,  renovating, leasing, and managing this apartment building. Today, with a great team by their side, they own and manage several apartment buildings, homes,  duplexes, condos, commercial spaces and an independent senior living community. One of the things I set out to accomplish, is to have McGrew Properties be someplace that people wanted to call home not just a place to live.
